the pendant of openwork panel design enamelled in white, dark blue, green and red, featuring a white enamelled stylised eagle plucking at a red tulip, stood upon a semi-circular plinth set with with a line of sugarloaf cabochon rubies, white enamel scrolls below supporting dark blue swag like elements around a central pearl, hung with an emerald polished bead between two slim elongated pearls and flanked by two facetted purplish-reddish-pink gem beads, possibly spinel, all hung from twin pearl set chains flanking an emerald below a white enamel fleur-de-lys studded with a ruby collet, mounted in gold tested as 22ct, engraved feather, foliage and decorative detail to the reverse, Castellani monogram, the associated chain of square section baton links upon a looped 'W' scroll claspLength of pendant 7.5cm / 3''
