  • centred by a carved rock crystal circular panel, inset with a principal round brilliant cut diamond, to a pierced and millegrain set foliate cluster frame formed by a cartouche with elongated anthemion either side, millegrain set throughout with old round brilliant, double-eight or single cut diamonds, mounted in platinum, white gold fitting, signed 'CARTIER PARIS LONDRES NEW YORK', rubbed serial number possibly 725, the central diamond approximately 1.15ct
