the domed central section pave set with round brilliant cut diamonds dotted with buff-top calibre cut onyx, stepped to a diamond line border either side, extending to a tapering triple reeded shank, the 18ct mount slightly rose coloured, signed 'Cartier' 750, and with serial numbers 664582, 54 and 8, Ste CAJ French workshop mark for Societe Cartier Joaillerie and assaymark for 18ct gold, approximately 4.10cts of diamonds in all, accompanied by IAJA report no. XP2796-060326 signed by Olivier Bachet declaring that in his opinion this is a genuine Cartier item from Cartier Paris Height of mount 8.0mm

Late 19th century five stone ruby ring, c.1890, the graduated cushion cut Burma rubies, approximately 4.10cts, with eight rose cut diamond points in between, to a pierced and scroll engraved gallery, fluted shoulders, mounted in 18ct gold, stamped '18CT', accompanied by GCS report no. 5776-4880 giving a Burma origin opinion for the rubies and that they show no evidence of heat treatment
