the lattice junctions each embellished with diamond quatrefoils, trefoils, two heart motifs, scrolls and single stone collets, box collet diamond line border, articulated through frame and lattice, millegrain set in platinum with old brilliant, cushion and single cut diamonds, featuring an anthemion cluster diamond surmount for wear as a pendant, detaching via a tool to replace with brooch fitting for wear as a such, the brooch pin with partial French assaymark, together with an associated diamond collet chain necklace, the diamond of old brilliant cut, graduating, short oblong ropetwist links in between, the diamond mounted in platinum and the links of 18ct white gold, total diamond weight of pendant and chain approximately 22.20cts in all.

The pendant surmount fitting attaches on one captive screwhead using the tool.
