to a two row border of rectangular calibre cut sapphires and small cushion diamonds, spaced around the outside by diamond trio clusters and diamond single stones to give a stylised snowflake effect, the cushion diamonds of old double-eight and single cut, open claw and collet set in silver, 18ct gold and platinum, later brooch fitting, accompanied by Gem & Pearl Lab report no. 25723 for the natural yellow sapphire giving the carat weight, that it is of Ceylon (Sri Lankan) origin and that it shows no evidence of heat treatment Diameter 3.2cm / 1�''
