  • tapering off below, embellished by two pierced flowerheads with heart shaped petals, pave set with round brilliant cut diamonds and single larger diamond claw set to centre, the leaves each pierced along the middle vein section, mounted in 18ct gold and platinum to the diamonds, signed 'Cartier Paris', serial number 448, crossed C's workshop mark for Cartier SA, French Mercury's head 18ct assaymark, testing as 18ct gold and platinum, approximately 5.50cts of diamonds in all, accompanied by IAJA Expertise report no. XP2293-300425 signed by Olivier Bachet declaring that in his opinion this is a genuine Cartier item made by Cartier Paris
