featuring two fan-tailed birds perched either side of a classical two-handled urn on stepped base, their heads stooping as if to drink, the birds set with pear and triangular cut stones, the urn basin of inverted dome form and pave set with single cut diamonds, pierced to the basin underside in manner of fluting, the birds stood upon the upright scroll handles, stepped baguette diamonds forming the base and stepped diamonds forming a stylised geometric fountain effect, collet set and mounted in platinum, signed 'CARTIER', serial number 02362 (twice), workshop mark for Henri Picq, French platinum assaymark, approximately 2.75cts of diamonds in all, accompanied by IAJA Expertise report no. XP2294-300425 signed by Olivier Bachet declaring that in his opinion this is a genuine Cartier item made by Cartier Paris.
