  • surrounded by petals of old cushion cut diamonds, open cut down collet set in silver and gold, upon a gold shank with trifurcated leaf shoulders, approximately 1.90cts of diamonds in all, accompanied by Gem & Pearl Lab report no. 24442 stating the opinion that the ruby is of Burma origin with no evidence of heat treatment
