  • the elongated hexagonal case with a silvered dial, black Roman numerals, signed 'CARTIER' and 'PARIS', blued steel hands, the decorated side opposite with central onyx buff-top stone within a shaped two row line diamond border, the case flanked by twin round cut diamond collets supporting a black cord necklace through a square cut diamond surmount, two trefoil diamond cluster motifs hung below to either side, the cord with two diamond double bar toggle sliders, the case with serial numbers 7189, 6492, 12359, and with an engraved dedication
