hung with a baroque pearl of flattened tear drop form, topped by a flared foliate cap alternating demantoid and diamond lines, below an openwork diamond set foliate scroll cartouche with central circular cut demantoid collet, similarly set circular and pear shaped demantoid to either side on the tracelink chain necklace
