  • the tapering 'nail' set with graduated old round brilliant and single cut diamonds, a boat shaped cluster forming the nailhead to larger end, the nail threaded through a calibre cut sapphire square, this suspending the triple drop motif formed of two cushion cut sapphires to the middle joined on a diamond line bar, flanked by round facetted sapphires from a diamond line arc, signed 'CARTIER', accompanied by IAJA Expertise report no. XP2762-051225 signed by Olivier Bachet declaring that in his opinion this is a genuine Cartier item from Cartier Paris, circa 1910
