  • centring a cluster of five sugarloaf sapphires and below a four-stone group of square sugarloaf sapphires, a 'V' shaped cluster of cabochon emeralds toward the point end, all upon a ground of round brilliant, single and cushion cut diamonds, the top flanked by two radiating fancy cut arrowhead diamonds, signed 'CHARLTON', accompanied by AGL report no. 1089865 for the principal sapphire, 12.18ct, giving the Burma origin opinion and that the stone shows no evidence of heat treatment
