Early 20th century three stone ruby and diamond ring by Peacock, Chicago c.1910, centred by a cushion cut Burma ruby of 1.55ct, between old European cut diamonds, totalling approximately 1.20cts, each gem in a box collet, raised in a pierced and millegrain diamond set gallery, with diamond bifurcated shoulders, laurel engraved to full shank, the mount diamonds of old brilliant and single cut, mounted in platinum, maker's mark 'PEACOCK', and 'PLATINUM', accompanied by AGL report no. 1124344 giving the Burma origin opinion and that the stone shows no evidence of heat treatment
