Early 20th century cushion cut sapphire and diamond cluster ring, c.1915, millegrain set with a 4.06ct Ceylon sapphire, to two row diamond border of old single cuts, the inner border openwork, each collet set, the outer border in a collet channel, to openwork bifurcated shoulders with similar graduated diamonds, reeded shank, mounted in platinum, serial number 6554, French control mark for platinum (import/unknown origin), accompanied by a scanned copy of the SSEF report no. 125464 giving the Ceylon origin opinion for the 4.066ct sapphire and that it shows no evidence of heat treatment
