  • the bombe heart shaped pendant pave set with old cut diamonds and centred by a circular facetted emerald, the reverse with pave diamond frame around the circular white dial, the face with black Arabic numerals, blued steel hands and signed 'Tiffany & Co', inscribed to the gold case within: 'Billie to Nellie, Xmas 1900', the Swiss jewelled movement signed Tiffany and numbered 73839, the inner case also signed and numbered 73045, stamped 18K, diamond set trefoil suspension loop, with from straight tapered diamond loop below a diamond and demantoid garnet stylised lotus cluster top, mounted in gold and platinum
